About Contraflow

Contraflow is a privately owned Western Australian company specialising in electrical distribution, civil contracting and traffic management.

Established in 2003 to support parent company Atomic Power, Contraflow has rapidly become the trusted company to provide exceptional electrical distribution, civil contracting and traffic management services in a safe and timely manner.

Contraflow has a skilled team of electricians, linesman, crane operators, advance traffic ticket holders and administrative staff, making us the people to call for any mine site electrical works, civil works or traffic management services in or around Perth. Contraflow has developed a strong network of suppliers and sub-contractors, allowing us to effectively manage all projects.

The safety of our staff, sub-contractors and public is our first priority and all efforts are made to ensure our work is undertaken to the best practice standards. Contraflow has implemented  ISO systems for Safety, Quality and Environment and we are regularly audited by external parties to ensure all our operations meet the ISO standards. As part of our core value system, we seek to continuously improve these systems to achieve best practice.

At Contraflow we place a high value on responsible environmental governance. All our activities are conducted in a sustainable manner, and Environmental Impact Assessments are conducted on all of our activities, with mitigation measures implemented as required. As carbon neutrality is important to us, our employees are happy to participate in carbon neutral projects, and as such all vehicle movements, both by our employees own vehicles and vehicles owned by Contraflow, are carbon offset. Along with other environmental initiatives, we are leaders in environmental governance.
