Contraflow currently requires people with the following attributes:

• Current manual drivers license
• Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Controllers Ticket or a willingness to complete training towards those tickets
• Construction safety awareness card (blue card)
• Zero tolerance to drug and alcohol
• Willingness to work approximately 40hrs/week and weekends
• Team work oriented
